Booby's

I have a co-worker whose main food groups are meat and french fries. How he remains thin, eludes me, but this is a guy who is called by his first name at Wendy's and they know his order right away. Sometimes he mixes it up and gets a double cheeseburger instead of a triple.

Anyway, my podmates and I decided to have lunch with him at some "House of Meat". In searching around for a meat based restaurant, my co-worker Pastry Chef found the ultimate place.

Let me introduce you to Booby's Charcoal Rib.

What can I say? It was awesome. I unfortunately did not have the Big Booby Burger (a half pound burger) but a burger nonetheless.

I can't wait to go back.
